全体来华留学生：

圣诞、元旦即将到来，为做好假期安全管理工作，确保广大留学生的人身财产安全，度过一个安全的假期。现就暑期留学生安全管理工作的有关事项通知如下：

一、遵守法律法规

1.遵守中国法律法规和校纪校规。禁止参加非法活动，危害国家安全、社会公共利益，扰乱社会秩序。不准饮酒、打架斗殴、赌博、吸毒、传播、贩卖非法图书音像制品等违反治安管理规定的行为；不到歌厅、酒吧等复杂娱乐场所活动；不准参与非法传销，从事影响大学生形象的活动。

2.不能在中国组织或参加任何被认为不符合留学生身份的活动。留学生不得在校园内参加或举行任何传教或宗教活动。

二、住宿安全管理

3.合理安排日常生活和时间，养成健康的生活习惯，保持身心健康。如在学习、生活、情感等方面遇到心理困惑时，请向老师或导师寻求帮助。确保一日三餐饮食干净新鲜。

4.遵守公寓管理规定。晚上11点以前归寝。非本楼栋人员进入和离开必须做好登记，不得留宿在他人寝室。异性不得进寝。注意文明，不在楼栋内大声喧哗，播放音乐影响他人休息。爱护公共环境，不要将生活垃圾堆放在公共楼道。

5.注意用电及防火安全。寝室内不得私拉乱接电源电线，不得使用大功率电器，不在寝室内用酒精炉或电饭煲等烧煮食物。外出时，要锁好门窗，切断电源。不使用劣质充电器，不在寝室铺设地毯等易燃物，严防火灾。

6.增强网络安全意识。对不熟悉的网络游戏、直播、QQ群、微信群、贴吧不接触不参与；理性表达观点，不造谣不信谣不传谣；增强金融风险防范意识，不参与各种借贷活动。提高警惕，防止电信诈骗。注意保护个人信息，警惕各类电信诈骗和网络诈骗，发现有问题及时报警。

7.预防交通安全事故。不乘坐无营运证或超载的交通工具，不得驾驶大功率摩托车，不无证驾驶机动车，不酒后驾驶机动车，不驾驶无牌无证机动车（电动自行车）；大雾、大雨等灾害天气减少外出，注意安全。

三、严格履行请假制度

节日期间需外出离宜者，须严格履行请假手续。离宜学生需明确去向动态，确保按时返校。私自离校学生或按期未返校者，学校依据相关政策法规，校纪校规给予严肃处理。

As Christmas and New Year approach, in order to ensure your personal and property safety during, and to enjoy a pleasant holiday, the following items related to safety management for you during the holiday are hereby notified:

I. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

1. Adhere to Chinese laws, regulations, and university rules. It is prohibited to participate in illegal activities that harm national security, public benefits, or disrupt social order. Activities such as drinking, fighting, gambling, drug abuse, and the dissemination or sale of illegal books and audiovisual products that violate public order regulations are strictly prohibited. Students are not allowed to engage in activities at complex entertainment venues such as karaoke halls and bars. Participation in illegal pyramid schemes or activities that tarnish the image of university students is strictly forbidden.

2. Students are not allowed to organize or participate in any activities considered inconsistent with the identity of international students in China. International students must not engage in or organize any proselytizing or religious activities on campus.

II. Safety Management for Accommodation

3. Reasonably arrange daily life, develop healthy living habits, and maintain physical and mental health. If you encounter psychological confusion in study, life, or emotions, please seek help from teachers or mentors. Ensure three meals a day with clean and fresh food.

4. Adhere to apartment management regulations. Return to the dormitory before 11 p.m. Register when non-residents enter or leave, and do not stay overnight in others' dormitories. Members of the opposite sex are not allowed to enter the dormitory. Maintain a civilized environment, avoid loud noise in the dormitory building, and do not play music that affects others' rest. Care for public spaces, and do not pile up garbage in public hallways.

5. Pay attention to electrical and fire safety. Do not privately connect power lines in the dormitory, do not use high-power electrical appliances, and do not use alcohol stoves or electric cookers for cooking in the dormitory. When going out, lock doors and windows and disconnect the power supply. Do not use inferior chargers, do not lay flammable items such as carpets in the dormitory, and guard against fire.

6. Enhance awareness of online security. Do not engage with online games, unfamiliar live broadcasts, QQ groups, WeChat groups, or forums; express opinions rationally, do not spread rumors; increase awareness of financial risk prevention, do not participate in various lending activities. Be vigilant against telecommunications fraud, protect personal information, and promptly report any issues.

7. Prevent traffic accidents. Do not ride on unlicensed or overloaded vehicles, high-power motorcycles, motor vehicles without a license. Do not drive motor vehicles under the influence of alcohol, and do not drive unlicensed motor vehicles (electric bicycles); reduce outings during severe weather such as heavy fog or rain and pay attention to safety.

III. Strict Compliance with Leave Regulations

During the holiday, students who need to leave the city must strictly follow the leaving procedures. Students leaving the city must clearly communicate their whereabouts and ensure to return on time. Students who leave the campus without permission or fail to return on schedule will be dealt with seriously according to relevant policies and regulations and university rules.
